Recruitment, when done well, is a form of advice. It requires market judgement, discretion, and the patience to wait for the right person — not the available one.
Our practice is deliberately narrow. We advise a small group of clients across three disciplines we know intimately, and we follow the careers of senior professionals over decades — not transactions. Most of our work begins with a quiet conversation; many of our placements are never publicly advertised.
